General information
E-commerce products are sold by East Asia Mart, business ID 2156076-0. We deliver products in Finland, Baltic and Nordic Countries. All the prices of the products includes VAT. We reserve the right to make changes in prices and postage costs.

Products are mainly ordered via the internet at via the shopping cart.
All orders will be confirmed by e-mail, stating the price, delivery costs, as well as the ordered products. Order confirmation requires notification e-mail address when ordering.

In case selected items are out of stock, we will deliver similar products as replacement  

Minimum amount for order is 25 euros. 

The Customer agrees with every order terms of delivery valid.

We will send an order confirmation by email, where our bank account number and the total amount can be seen.

Payment methods
All the products and their postage are paid conjunction with the order. You can pay the products by online payment, Svea Webpay, Paypal, Bitcoin, bank transfer or card payment (additional payment 0,87€) . Minimum order from our webshop is 25 euros. Please contact us if there is any problems with ordering or payment.

We will deliver the orders when we receive the payment. We do not supply the products cash on delivery. We deal with order during shops opening hours, when the payment is made.

Delivery time
We ship orders every working day. Depending on the bank connections it takes 1-3 days after paying the bill. For delivery lead time longer than this, we will notice the customer by email.

Delivery methods and delivery fees 
We deliver orders according to the customer's choice either via
-Posti Postal Parcel (previously name SmartPost) (5 euros)
-Postnord's MyPack Collect (5 euros) or DPD Classic (6 euros)
- DB Schencker "Pickup from R-kioski " (5 euros).

- 3 for Free : Free shipment to the nearest Posti collect point under 3 conditions:

                    1. Postal codes starting with 3

                    2. Buying no less than 33 Euros

                    3. Parcel not exceeding 30 Kg

For Baltic and Nordic Countries we deliver orders via Posti Parcel Connect (7 euros).

We don't charge delivery fees for orders over 80 euros.

You can also choose "Click ja Collect", in which case you can collect your order from our shop by yourself.

Exchange and return policy
The customer has 14 days to return or exchange right under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. Return Policy applies only to the original package, unused and marketable products. You can return the parcel via Posti Parcel point charge free.

We will return your money to your bank account after we have received and handled returned items.

Please be informed that not picking up the parcel is not the same as returning it!

Notification of wrong delivery or a defective product must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. If the package is damaged in the mail, an immediate claim has to be made with the post office.

We reserve the right to change the terms of delivery. The customer must familiarize themselves the valid terms of delivery before ordering.

Svea Webpay terms and conditions


Svea Webpay (hereinafter referred to as “Svea”) offers You the possibility to make purchases against an invoice with a payment term of at least fourteen (14) days. When you pay with invoice you get PINS. Registerate your PINS at Please note the following:

 When you choose “Pay with invoice”, we will check your credit information using your personal identity number.
 The purchases are delivered to the address which is registered in the population register, or if you utilise so-called strong authentication with your online bank codes (TUPAS), to the delivery address you provide. The overdue interest is 7% + the reference rate based on the Interest Act. We charge EUR 5 for payment reminders. The buyer must be at least 18 years old.

Changing the invoice into a credit facility

You have the opportunity to change the invoice into a credit facility by paying the minimum amount stated in the invoice. The detailed terms and conditions of the credit facility can be found on the reverse side of the first invoice. As a credit facility customer, you can charge purchases to your account when making purchases with Svea’s contract customers. You can make additional purchase whenever you have credit available, and you can pay for your purchases in instalments according to the terms and conditions of the credit agreement.

You can pay the credit facility in full at any time without additional cost to you. If you want to utilise your account for other purchases during the agreement period, and the payment time of your credit is already the maximum possible, you have to increase your monthly instalment. Likewise, if you want to extend your payment time, you can reduce your monthly instalment. Hire purchase

Svea Webpay  (hereinafter referred to as “Svea”) offers you the possibility to pay your purchases in instalments. This is possible once you have agreed the criteria for granting the credit and filled in your personal identity number at the cash register. If you utilise so-called strong authentication with your online bank codes (TUPAS), your purchases will be delivered to the delivery address you provide. Otherwise, the purchases are delivered to the address which is registered in the population register.

Choose the credit period most suitable to your needs. The credit has to be paid within the agreed period of time. This requires that you pay at least the agreed sum every month. You can naturally also pay the entire debt without any cost for the remaining credit period.

You will be sent a hire purchase agreement (2 pieces) to your home. Sign one of the agreements and return it to Svea. At the same time, you will also be sent the detailed terms and conditions for hire purchase, which you agree to by signing the agreement.

If you fail to make payments and we have not been contacted about the payments, we will transfer the receivables to collection according to the regulations of the Consumer Protection Act.
